Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are recommended to secure your preferred time, especially for mobile visits and same-day requests. Walk-ins are accepted for in-office notarizations when available.

We offer Coral Gables notary services at our office and provide mobile notary appointments across Miami and nearby Miami-Dade communities including Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Brickell, Downtown Miami, Kendall, Doral, Miami Beach, and more. We also offer secure Remote Online Notarization for eligible documents anywhere in Florida.
Can I request a mobile appointment at my home or office?
Yes. Mobile appointments are available for approved offices, businesses, hospitals, senior living communities, and qualified residential appointments. For the safety of all parties, Sandi's Notary Services reserves the right to relocate an appointment to our Coral Gables office, a public meeting location, or a secure Remote Online Notarization (RON) session when appropriate. Appointments may also be declined or rescheduled due to safety or operational considerations.
What ID is accepted
A valid government-issued photo ID is required such as a driver’s license, passport, state ID, or military ID.
Do you notarize via Zoom?
Online notarization is available through a secure Remote Online Notarization platform approved in Florida. Regular Zoom calls are not used.
